The following information is intended only as an overview of some of our mall policies. Complete information may be obtained by inquiring by phone or stopping in to see us.

Main Floor Rent
Premier Booth Space Available!
$1.30 per square foot per month.
With a six-month contract, the first three months are $1.00 per square foot.
Offer good for a limited time only!

Showcase Rental Rates
$55.00 per month for a 4 ft x 6 ft showcase
$45.00 per month for a 3 ft x 6 ft showcase
All showcases feature lights, locks and adjustable glass shelving.

Commission Rate
At this time our commission rate is 6% on all sales.

Merchandise Standard
Pre-1959 quality merchandise is the goal of Waterloo Antiques Mall. All merchandise must be clean with damage noted. No reproductions are allowed. Our mall is vetted frequently by our staff.

Pay Period-Rent
The pay period will end the final Saturday of the month. Checks will be issued on the following Tuesday. Any owed balance must be paid by the 15th of the upcoming month.

Tenants are responsible to insure their own merchandise. The tenant will not hold the Waterloo Antiques Mall LLC responsible for any loss or damage to consignment items.

We have space available for consignments. The same general merchandise standards which govern the Mall will apply to consignment items. All items must be approved by management.

At this time 15% commission will be charged on all dealer consignments who have a rented space. Those dealers with just consignments will be charged is 25% commission.

Credit Cards
At this time we accept Master Card and Visa. No additional fee will be passed on to our dealers.
